I am Sandra (Sandy) Roos, owner of Shadow Executive Services. My goal is to make you look good from behind the scenes. How? By providing seamless administrative services, only when you need them. The skills I acquired in my twenty-plus years of working in the legal arena are at the core of these services. They have equipped me to meet a variety of challenges.

I have always been passionate about the law so when the opportunity to work for appellate judges came along, it was a match made in heaven. As a program manager for the Appellate Judges Seminar Series of the American Bar Association, I was responsible for organizing continuing education programs for state and federal appellate judges. This included identifying topics and speakers, coordinating faculty, negotiating with hotels throughout the country, marketing, handling logistics and communicating with attendees. As there could be three to six seminars per year, I learned all about juggling and identifying priorities as each seminar was always in a different state of development. Continuing education is my personal goal as well. There is always something new to learn. My ongoing challenge is to keep abreast of the latest developments in computer technology. My personal interest is photography (and gadgets). Since everything is digital these days, I'm having a great time!
